Stephanie Rose Finsterbush is an award-winning Historical Romance writer on a journey toward publication. 

​

Her novella, Christmas at Fort Bennett, won the American Christian Fiction Writers' prestigious Genesis Award in the novella category in 2021. 

 

Her story, Engaged on Paper, won the ACFW VA Crown Award and the ACFW First Impressions Contest in 2022.​ Her story, Engaging Her Heart, won the ACFW First Impressions Contest in 2024. ​Her current work-in-progress was a finalist in the Virginia Crown Awards in 2025.​

Stephanie loves stories with relatable heroines and swoon-worthy heroes, so that's what she writes. Her stories combine history, humor, adventure, and a heaping dose of romance to create fast-paced, fun reads that make your heart skip a beat.
